Walid Fakhry
Executive Chairman
Mr. Fakhry is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has held a number of positions at some of the world’s most recognizable companies including Gemini Consulting and JP Morgan where he worked with the Technology, Media and Telecom corporate finance group in London. In 2004, he founded Core Capital LLP.
Jason Fraser
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fraser joined Gardien in the autumn of 2009. He has 15 years experience in the aerospace and power generation sectors where he has held senior management & sales positions with multinational corporations such as GE. Prior to joining Gardien, Jason was responsible for the day to day operations of his family’s engineering businesses and represented the shareholders interests during negotiations for the sale of the company. He is a graduate of Boston University, USA.
Roland Valentini
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Valentini was appointed COO in July 2010 after successfully serving as head of North American operations since 2005. Roland has over ten years’ experience in the PCB industry, including sales, service, and project management at Atotech GmbH, Germany mainly relating to PCB plating equipment. He has significant sales experience from his tenure at Mack Rides GmbH and headed up worldwide installations for Lurgi Bischoff GmbH. Mr. Valentini received a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mannheim, Germany.
Dag Jessel
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Jessel joined Gardien as CFO in April 2011. He has 15 years experience in Finance, Business Development and Engineering in the aerospace and aviation industry. Prior to joining Gardien he was responsible for Lufthansa German Airline’s North Asian finance and HR organisation based in Shanghai, China. He holds degrees in aerospace engineering (BEng and Dipl.-Ing.), an MBA from INSEAD and is a CFA charterholder.
