In July 2008 ESO, leading a consortium of investors, concluded the acquisition of Mania’s Outsourcing & Service Businesses in Asia, North America and Europe, following the insolvency of Mania Technologie AG (“Mania”), the PCB testing equipment and service provider. In March 2009 the Group was rebranded as Gardien, which reflect the company’s core values: independence, the highest level of customer service and quality assurance.
