Among our many formats, both DXF Gerber and AutoCAD Gerber conversion are available. We can scan a wide variety of media, including paper, diazo, silvers, raw circuit boards. Additional data types are listed lower on this page.

Judge By the Numbers
The above examples represent half inch segments. The “Raw Scan Data” has 877 individual, 0.12 inch lines or when translated into a 5 x 7 inch board this becomes roughly 122,780 lines of data. Compare this to the “Final, Clean CAD Data” which represents only 1,540 lines of data for the same 5 x 7 inch board. Many of our competitors produce only raw scan data as final output. The bottom line is that raw scan data with increased data size is inaccurate and can slow down processing in your CAM department or board shop. It can even crash your plotter and CAD system.
