The Gardien Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Herman Lee has joined Gardien Taiwan as Vice President (Operations) effective May 03, 2021
Herman has held various management positions for a variety of different products with his focus mostly on production, production planning, and ISO.
He holds a degree in Industrial Design and Engineering, besides, additional training in ISO9001-:2015, and CAD/Cam and ERP software.
His process-oriented approach and perspective towards handling technical and managerial issues are very much consistent with the values that Gardien cherishes.
His experience in finding process solutions, encourage the operators to learn and the ability to take up responsibilities are the values that will be a far-reaching addition for the Gardien Team.
Gardien is proud of our new companion and excited for him to join the team. We are confident that he will play a key role in developing and strengthening the business.
