The flying probe G80 meets all the requirements that are currently in demand on the printed circuit board market. Simple operation with the new operating software FPX (win11), quick and easy circuit board recording from thin flex to thick back panel material for short handling times, short test times and much more.
The G80 has 4 test probes that can be precisely positioned with high-quality precision ball screws. 2 cameras are used for the optical alignment of the circuit board to be tested. With the G80, all test requirements of today and tomorrow would be mastered with flying colors, it is said.
“Both companies have been working together intensively for many years and we see our strategy of expanding our market leadership with innovative solutions as confirmed again and again. Designing the test processes for highly complex printed circuit boards not only technically, but also economically will become increasingly important in the future,” says Holger Kern, Director of Gardien Europe.
